Our mission is to create bold, flavorful food rooted in Southern comfort with an Asian-inspired twist, while creating experiences that welcome people from all walks of life to a shared table of community.
Whether we’re serving an intimate gathering, a private celebration, a corporate event, or a community function, we strive to create a space where everyone feels welcome, connected, and well fed.
For us, catering is about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about the people around the table. Through food prepared with care, creativity, and personality, we turn meals into moments and gatherings into community.

I’ve had breakfast, lunch and dinner cooked by Tony and it was all delicious. His steak with chimichurri sauce is tender, flavorful and delicious. His sides are flavorful and delicious and I can’t live without his Sammy breakfast sandwich. It’s the perfect hint of sweet and sultry. I will always come back for Tony’s cooking time and time again.
